the staff was very helpful. they were willing to assist with any requests i had. the daily events were diverse and enjoyable. the pool had ample space for all guests.
the tap water was not treated. i had to use bottled water for brushing my teeth. the power sockets were two-pin. i had to borrow an adapter from reception and pay a fee. i found many stairs throughout the resort. this was not ideal as i have mobility challenges.
